CONDOS 2 bed, 2 bath around 1200 sq. ft.
3/1/2008 Nice condos can be gotten around $150k or less. Volume is very, very slow. 5/15/2008 Same condos can be gotten for $125. Volume is still very slow.

BAY FRONT CONDOS
2 bed, 2 bath 1200 sq. ft.
3/1/2008 400-500k. 5/15/2008 Low 300's for some, with a very wide variety, which reflects the wide variety of locations and product.

GULF FRONT CONDOS 2 bed, 2 bath 1200 sq ft 3/1/2008 Lately, it seems as if 2/2 condos gulf front condos on the middle of Siesta Key and Lido are listed for 750k and up. Turtle Beach area prices are around 650k and up. 5/15/2008 Turtle Beach and Siesta Public Beach have some listings in the low 600's now and at few just below $600. Units are moving at those prices. Interestingly, the sales prices are only a little below the asking prices, just like a normal market. This could indicate a bottom is forming in this waterfront product, which is usually on the leading edge of upturns.
